Thus began the development of LetzAI V2, which aimed to produce superior personalized images while ensuring consistency across styles. Users could upload their own photos and mix them with community-generated models to create unique images galore.
Ah, but every good story has its challenges! When it came time to train and launch V2, LetzAI hit a significant roadblock: a chronic GPU shortage hampered their progress. Strotz realized that if they wanted to evolve their platform, they needed a reliable partner.

This strategic choice not only kept their model training local but also offered the flexibility of renting GPUs instead of entire servers. "This helps us avoid unnecessary costs associated with storage and idle capacity," said Strotz, appreciating the efficiency this setup brings.
With this partnership, LetzAI effectively optimized its app to run smoothly in containers, enhancing model training tasks on the GPU Cloud and utilizing Everywhere Inference for image generation. “We’re seeing reduced latency with faster outputs, ultimately helping our apps deliver real-time results,” explained Strotz.
Incredibly, within just two months, LetzAI V2 launched globally, and the team was already focused on the next iteration—V3. "Gcore’s support was instrumental; they were always quick to respond to our needs and helped us find the best paths for our evolving requirements," he said.
Running on Gcore’s platform means quick, reliable performance for LetzAI users. Artists, brands, and everyday users have started using V3 in creative challenges, such as a Luxembourg restaurant chain that invited locals to create thousands of pizza-themed images. Strotz also shares an example with PUMA: they collaborated to help a virtual influencer wear a Moroccan soccer jersey. “They found our images 1,000 times better than their previous efforts!” he exclaimed.
Brand interest kept pouring in, and when LetzAI posted V3-generated images for Sloggi underwear, their creative agency quickly sought more for market testing.
LetzAI continues its quest to empower creators, recently rolling out its Image Upscaler feature. "This allows creators to sidestep common AI image quality and resolution issues,” Strotz noted, emphasizing the role of Everywhere Inference in these enhancements.
